Hey, I’m Jonathan — the owner behind Leatherhead Customs.

I started Leatherhead Customs from a simple idea: create custom gear that firefighters and hardworking people would actually be proud to wear. What began as making hats and patches for friends around the firehouse quickly grew into something much bigger.

As a firefighter in South Florida, the fire service has always been a huge part of my life. I know how much pride goes into your department, your station, your crew, and the things that represent them. That’s why I put so much focus into creating products that aren’t just “another custom item,” but something that actually means something to the people wearing it.

Every order that comes through Leatherhead Customs gets my personal attention, from designing logos and patch layouts to engraving, production, and final details. I genuinely enjoy helping departments, businesses, and individuals bring their ideas to life, whether it’s a custom patch hat, challenge coin, station merch, or a one-of-a-kind design.

I built this business around quality, creativity, and relationships. A lot of my customers become repeat customers, and many of them turn into friends along the way. That’s one of my favorite parts of doing this.

When I’m not at the firehouse or working on orders, I’m usually designing new products, testing new ideas, or finding ways to keep pushing the brand forward. Leatherhead Customs is more than just a business to me, it’s something I’ve poured a lot of time, passion, and pride into building.
